The following online forms are a paperless version of our Tip Sheet. When you fill out the information in the online form and click submit, the information is sent to a spreadsheet and an alert e-mail is sent to our volunteer staff, who then forwards the information to the appropriate Borough Department.

This online Tip Sheet is a faster way to submit information but it does not replace the paper version of the Tip Sheet. We completely understand that some of our residents of Aspinwall may not have internet access and prefer to use the paper version which can be found and submitted at the Tip Sheet box located outside the Police Department door of the Borough Building.

To report a suspicious person, auto, or possible criminal activity, please click here to fill out a form that will be sent to the police. If the situation is an emergency, please dial 911!

To report a possible code violation on private property, please click here to fill out a form that will be sent to the Public Works.

To report a non-emergency or code related situation, such as a hazardous road condition, missing or damaged sign, broken streetlight, etc., please click here to fill out a form that will be sent to the Public Works.
